Hello friends today I will show how create a 3d Scissor model tutorial
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.

[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
Click on the line button and create a shape like this in the front view

[2]-Apply the Extrude Modifier
With the (Amount: 4.0)

[3]-Now convert into the Editable Poly
Select the Edge Mode

[4]-Now make a selection and apply the Chamfer Edges with the (Chamfer Amount: 0.5)

[5]-Create a shape like this with the help of line tool
Now select the all vertexes and apply the Smooth mode

[6]-Select the Line and open the rendering palette
And use the following setting

[7]-Create one more copy and set like this

[8]-Create A chamfer cylinder with the following size

[9]-Open the material window and make a material like this
Now assign to the object

[10]-This is the Final Result
