Hello guys today I will show how create a 3d Tin model tutorial
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.
[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
Click on the Chamfer Cylinder button and create a Chamfer Cylinder with the following size
(Radius: 44.0) (Height: 39.0) (Fillet: 3.39)

[2]-Select the Chamfer Cylinder and convert into the Editable Poly
Select the Polygon mode

[3]-Now select the polygon and apply the Extrude Polygon with the (Extrusion Amount: 1.3)
Your polygon should like this

[4]-Select the Edge mode and now select the edges like this
Apply the Extrude Edges and use the following setting
Your edges should like this

[5]-Select the polygon mode and make a selection now apply the Extrude Polygons
With the (Extrusion Amount: -0.34)

[6]-Now your polygons should like this

[7]-Now again make a selection like this in the top view port
Apply the Extrude Polygons with the (Extrusion Amount: -4.0)

[8]-Now apply the Turbo Smooth Modifier with the (Iterations: 1.0)

[9]-Now your object should like this in the perspective view port

[10]-Create a circle with the following (Radius: 21.7)
Set like this

[11]-Select the Circle and convert into the Editable Spline
Select the Segment mode and select the segment like this and delete it

[12]-Open the Rendering palette
Select the Enable in Rendering and Enable in Rendering View port
Set the (Length: 6.0) (Width: 2.0)

[13]-Select the Circle and convert into the Editable poly
Select the Vertex mode and select the vertexes now drag like this

[14]-Now your Object should like this in the front view port

[15]-Create a two Chamfer cylinder with the following size
Now set like this

[16]-Create a box with the following size
Now convert into the Editable Poly
Select the Polygon mode

[17]-Make a selection and apply the Extrude Polygon with the (Extrusion Amount: -1.6)

[18]-Select the box and apply the Bend Modifier and use the following setting
Set the box like this

[19]-Now click on the text and create a text like this
Also apply Bend and Extrude Modifiers with the (Extrusion Amount: 0.0)
Now set like this
