Here I will Show you how to create a 3dsmax gadget pda interface model tutorial using 3dsmax studio.
I have used following techniques in this 3ds max tutorial.
(FFD 5x 4x 4 modifiers) & Editable poly technique
[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl+N) now you will see the new window is open
Now click on the Extended Primitives > Chamfer box use the following Setting
Creates a Chamfer box like this in the front view

[3]-Select the chamfer box apply (FFD5X4X4) Modifier in the modifier list
Click on the (+) sign Select the control point

[4]-Now adjust the control point like this

[5]-Click on the (select & rotate) tool in the Main toolbar and rotate the object like this

[6]-Now your object should be like this

[7]-Select the object apply (Smooth) Modifier in the modifier list and use the following setting

[9]-Select the object right click then select the Editable poly
Then select the Element Mode in the Editable poly click on the object and you will the whole object is selected

[10]-Now press the button (M) you will see the material window is open
Use the following setting and make a material like this assign to the Selection image as shown below

[11]-Again Select the polygon mode in the Editable poly and make a Selection like this
Open material window an Import a map and assign to the selection

[12]-Again Select the polygon mode in the Editable poly and make a Selection like this
Open material window Make a material like this and assign to the selection
Now your object should be like this

[13]-Now click on the Standard Primitives > Cylinder use the following Setting creates a Cylinder like this in the front view

[14]-Click on the Shapes > Spline > Line and create a shape like this with the help of line tool

[15]-Then apply the Extrude modifier and use the following setting
And Select the object Hold (Shift) Drag it and release and use the following

[17]-Now click on the Shape > Spline use the following Setting following create a two Text and Extrude modifier

Press (f9) to see the preview of the image
