I have used following techniques in this 3ds max tutorial.
Spline Modeling techniques

[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl+N) now you will see the new window is open
Now click on the Shape > Spline creates a shape like this with the help of (line tool) in the front view

[2]-Select the object apply (Lathe) (shell) and (Turbo Smooth) Modifier in the Modifier window use the following setting
Image as shown below

[3]-your image should be like this in the perspective view image as shown below

[4]-Now click on the Shape > Spline creates a shape like this with the help of (line tool) in the front view

[5]-Now open the rendering parameter and use the following setting

[6]-your image should be like this in the perspective view image as shown below

[7]-Select the object apply (Turbo Smooth) Modifier in the Modifier window use the following setting

[8]-Now click on the Geometry > Extended Primitives > Capsule use the following setting creates a cylinder like this in the front view

[9]-your image should be like this in the perspective view image as shown below

[10]-Now select the Capsule hold the (shift) key and drag it and use a following setting

[11]-your image should be like this in the perspective view image as shown below

[12]-Now change the color of background now you will see the final image is ready
Press (f9) to see the preview of the image
