Here I will teach you about 3dsmax studio cheese model tutorial
I have used following techniques in this 3ds max tutorial.
Boolean Modeling and V-ray Material effect

[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl+N) now you will see the new window is open
Click on the Rendering > Render now you will see Render window is open

[2]-Then click on the Assign Renderer and click on the Production button use the following setting

[3]-Now click on the Geometry > Standard primitives > Plane Use the following Setting create a Plane in the
Top view and set like this image as shown below

[5]-Now click on the Shape > Spline creates a shape like this with the help of line tool in the Top view

[6]-Select the object apply Extrude Modifier in the Modifier window use the following setting

[8]-Now click on the Geometry > Standard primitives > Sphere create Multiple a Sphere like this

[9]-Select the Shape click on the Geometry > Compound Object > Boolean > Pick Operand B

[11]-Now click on the Shape > Spline creates another a shape like this with the help of line tool in the Top view

[14]-Now press the button (M) you will see the material window is open
Click on the Standard Button in the material window

[15]-Select the (VraylightMtl) in the material/Maps Browser Window

[16]-Now you will see the (VraylightMtl) palette is open and use the following setting

Press (f9) to see the preview of the image
