Hello friends I will show how create a stock vector illustration lock the dollar images tutorial.
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.

[1]-Choose the rectangle and create rectangle with the following size
     Now apply the extrude modifier with the amount of 53.0

[2]-Place the object like this

[3]-Convert the rectangle into the editable poly now select the edges
     Apply the extrude edges with the good following amount as shown below

[4]-Your object shoud like this

[5]-Create cylinder with the following size and place like me

[6]-Create two more cylinder and place like me

[7]-Switch to the boolean now boolean the object like me

[8]-Your object should like this

[9]-Create two cylinder and place like this

[10]-Create another cylinder and apply the bend modifieir with the good following amount as shown below

[11]-Create the text like me and apply the bevel modifier with the good following amount as shown below

[12]-Place the text like me

[13]-Create the material like me

[14]-Set the mr omni like me
