Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop design watch logo icon in photoshop.
[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 500 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Using the “Elliptical Marquee Tool” draw a shape as shown below
fill that layer with #ecf0ef
[3] Take the “Burn Tool” set the properties like this.
[4] Now create the following Patch with the help of Burn Tool.
[5] Take the “Dodge Tool” with the same brush see in the next.
[6] Then Highlight the following parts as shown below.
[7] Now create a small circle with the help of “Elliptical Marquee Tool” fill that layer with #bfa96d.
[8] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[9] Create another shape with “Elliptical Marquee Tool” fill that layer with #534e3b.
[10] Take the “Dodge Tool” apply the following settings.
[11] Then Highlight the following parts as shown below.
[12] Now select both layer then press Cntl+E, to Merge down layers
then duplicate a few times and place it like me.
[13] After that create a new shape with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool,
fill that layer with #b5adb8. Now drag this layer below the previous layer.
[14] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[15] Create a new shape with “Pen Tool” right click select make selection
open a new layer fill the selection with #b4b2c7.
[16] Take the “Dodge Tool” apply the following settings.
[17] Then Highlight the following parts as shown below.
[18] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[19] Now Duplicate that layer press Cntl+T right click select Flip Horizontal then
place it like me. After that select all these layers besides the layer 1st and press
Cntl+E to merge down layers.
[20] After that add the following layer styles.
[21] Now Duplicate that layer press Cntl+T, right click select Flip Vertical then place it like me.
[22] Take the Shape Tool select this one, then create a shape take the Pen Tool,
right click select make selection, fill that layer with #595854.
[23] After that add the following layer styles.
[24] Create a new shape with Elliptical Marquee Tool fill that layer with #dadbd6.
[25] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[26] Now take the Text Tool create some text see in the next image.
[27] Create a new shape with Elliptical Marquee Tool fill that layer with Black.
[28] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[29] Now create shape with Ellipse Shape Tool then take the Text Tool just click on it
see in the next image.
[30] After that Hold Shift Key then press [I] a few times you should have something like this.
[31] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[32] Create a new shape with Polygonal Lasso Tool open a new layer fill the selection with #765745.
[33] Now select “Burn Tool” 
now move the selection with Right Arrow Key,
then create the following Shading with the help of Burn Tool.
[34] Create a new shape with Polygonal Lasso Tool open a new layer fill the selection with #373236.
[35] Create a small circle with Elliptical Marquee Tool fill that layer with Black.
[36] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[37] Create a new shape with the help of Rounded Rectangle Shape Tool
fill that layer with #8a8582.
[38] Take the “Dodge Tool” 
now move the selection with Left Arrow Key, press Cntl+Shift+I,
& then Highlight the following parts as shown below.
