[4]-Now fill the selection with ‘1b1464′ color & then Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’

[5]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should 0 pxl,Tick on New Selection & then ok & your image should look like as shown below

[6]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur & use the following settings

[7]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[8]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[9]-Now fill the selection with ‘000000′ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’

[10]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘868181′ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[11]-Now fill the selection with same color & create the following selection with the help of ‘Rectangular Marquee Tool’ with hold Shift

[12]-Now select ‘Dodge Tool’ & Highlight the selected parts

[13]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[14]-Now fill the selection with ‘000000′ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[15]-Now set the 4 pxl Brush Tool, create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[16]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & your image should look like as shown below

[17]-Now select ‘Eraser Tool’ & remove the some parts & like this create the others

[18]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[19]-Now fill the selection with ‘ffcc01′ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’

[20]-Now fill the selection with ‘ff9900′ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[21]-Now fill the selection with any other color & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[22]-Now fill the selection with ‘f79501′ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & then fill with ‘fffffa’ color
