let’s see,how to create.

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 400×500 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & press right click > make selection.

[3]-Now fill the #’8e8b7c’ color in selection area.

[4]-Now create a new selection & fill the #’12191b’ color in selection area on new layer.

[5]-Now create a new path with the help of ‘Pen Tool’& take the new layer now press right click on path’ go stroke path
with ‘Brush’ size 5 pixels & color is this’605646′.

[6]-Your image will be shown as below.

[7]-Press ctrl+right click on ‘Layer Thumbnail with the main shape 0f shoe then select the above layer as shown image 5,&
now press Ctrl+Shift+I & press ‘Delete’.

[8]-Now take the ‘Dodge Tool’ & give the shading on shape like as shown below.

[9]-And now select the ‘Burn Tool’ & give the shading .

[10]-Your image will shown as below after the shading.

[11]-Now create the new selection on above layer as shown image 4 & go to the ‘Feather Option’.

[12]-Now give the ‘Feather Radius’ 4 pixels.

[13]-Now take the ‘Dodge Tool’& give the shading in selection area.

[14]-Now your image should look like below this .

[15]-Now create a new path with the help of ‘Pen Tool’,press right click & go ‘Stoke Path’ with brush size 4 pixels &
color is his #’594c37′.

[16]-Now your image should look like below this .

[17]-Again create a new path with the help of ‘Pen Tool’,press right click & go ‘Stoke Path’ with brush size 2 pixels & fill the
color this #’594c37′.

[18]-Similarly create the same shape & fill the color with #’8e8982′.

[19]-Now create a new selection & fill the color this #’a57325′on layers & give the shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’.

[20]-Now go the blending option & give this settings of ‘Inner Shadow.

[21]-Your image should look like below this .

[22]-Now create a new selection & fill the color this #’86755b’.

[23]-Again create a new selection & inverse the selection with Ctrl+Shift+I then give the shading
with he help of ‘Burn Tool’.

[24]-Your image should look like below this .

[25]-Now go the blending option & give this settings of ‘Drop Shadow.

[26]-Your final image will shown look like below.
