[1]-First of all open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 300×500 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & press right click > make selection.

[3]-Now fill the #’636365′ color in selection area.

[4]-Now select the ‘Burn Tool’ & create the following shading in selection area.

[5]-Now press Ctrl+Shift+I & then create the shading with the help of Burn Tool.

[7]-Your shape should look like as shown below.

[8]-Now go to Blending Options,& use the following settings

[10]-Now create the selection at new layer fill with #’ff7c01′ color.

[11]-Now drew a new selection & create the shading with the help of Burn Tool & then Ctrl+Shift+I
& again create the shading.

[14]-Now select the ‘Horizontal Type Tool’ & use the following setting & write the Text.

[15]-Now your ‘Final’ image should look like as shown below.
