[1] Take a new file of 550 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool.
Now right click select make selection click ok. open a new layer
fill the selection with #cdddfe.
[3] Create the following selection with the help of Rounded Rectangle Shape Tool.
Take the “Dodge Tool” 
highlight the following parts,
with the help of Dodge Tool.
[4] Now Press Cntl+Shift+I with the Dodge Tool, highlight the some parts
as shown below.
[5] Take the “Burn Tool” 
then create following
Shading with the help of Burn Tool.
[6] Create a new shape with the help of Pen Tool right click select
make selection open a new laye fill the selection with #b2b7ba.
[7] With the “Dodge Tool” 
highlight the following parts,
with the help of Dodge Tool.
[8] Create a new shape with the help of Pen Tool right click select
make selection open a new laye fill the selection with #afb3b2.
[9] Take the “Burn Tool” 
move the selection with the help of
up arrow key, now press Cntl+Shift+I then create following
Shading with the help of Burn Tool.
[10] Take the “Dodge Tool” 
highlight the following parts,
with the help of Dodge Tool.
[11] Create a new shape with help of Rectangular Marquee Tool,
open a new layer fill the selection with #a4afef. Then go to
Select>Modify>Contract Selection by 1px.
[12] Take the “Burn Tool” 
now press Cntl+Shift+I then create following
Shading with the help of Burn Tool.
[13] Take the “Dodge Tool” 
highlight the following parts,
with the help of Dodge Tool.
[14] Create a new shape with Rectangular Marquee Tool,
fill that layer with #1b100c. Then go to
Select>Modify>Contract Selection by 2px.
[15] Take the “Dodge Tool” 
now press Cntl+Shift+I then
highlight the following parts, with the help of Dodge Tool.
[16] Create a new shape with Rectangular Marquee Tool,
fill that layer with #c5cac3.
[17] Take the Brush Tool set the properties like this.
[18] Open a new layer set the foreground color is #afafaf,
then create two dot like me.
[19] Now duplicate that layers and place it like me.
[20] Create a new shape with the help of Pen Tool, right click
select make selection open a new layer fill the selection
with #202020.
[21] Take the “Dodge Tool” 
highlight the following parts,
with the help of Dodge Tool.
[22] Download a digital text fonts, Take the text tool create some text like this.
