[5] With the “Dodge Tool” create the following selection with
Ellitpical Marquee Tool press Cntl+Shift+I, then highlight the following parts,
with the help of Dodge Tool. Do not “D” select.

[6] After that Take the “Burn Tool” then create following
Shading with the help of Burn Tool. Do not “D” select.

[7] Take the “Dodge Tool” highlight the some parts,
with the help of Dodge Tool.

[8] With the “Burn Tool” then create following
Shading with the help of Burn Tool.

[9] Create a new shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool,
fill that layer with #3a3b3d.

[10] Take the “Dodge Tool” create the following selection with
Elliptical Marquee Tool press Cntl+Shift+I, then highlight the some parts,
with the help of Dodge Tool.

[11] Create another shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool,
fill that layer with #2f2f2f.

[12] With the “Dodge Tool” then highlight the some parts,
with the help of Dodge Tool.

[13] Take the Brush Tool set the Brush size 1px.

[14] Open a new layer. Set the foreground color is Black. Create the shape with
Ellipse Shape Tool right click select Stroke Path now select Brush click ok.

[15] Your image something like this.

[16] Take the “Eraser Tool” now erase the outside area
see in the next image.

[17] After that set the Opacity 53%.

[19] Open a new layer. Create the shape with Ellipse Shape Tool
right click select Stroke Path, now select Brush click ok.

[20] Your image something like this.

[21] Now repeat step 19. But the foreground color is black.

[22] Now take the Brush Tool set the brush size is 3px.

[23] Set the foreground color is white. Open a new layer. Create the shape with Ellipse Shape Tool
right click select Stroke Path, now select Brush click ok.

[24] Your image something as shown below.

[25] Now repeat step 23. But the foreground color is black.

[26] Create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool,
then go to Select>Modify>Feather Selection by 15px.

[27] Open a new layer fill the selection with #68696b.
