[6] Create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool,
then go to Select>Modify>Feather Selection by 3px.
[7] With the “Dodge Tool” 
highlight the following parts,
with the help of Dodge Tool. Do not “D” select.
[8] Now Press Cntl+Shift+I, with the Dodge Tool” highlight the following parts.
Do not “D” select.
[9] Take the “Burn Tool”
then create following
Shading with the help of Burn Tool. Now “D” select.
[10] Now Press Cntl+Shift+I, then create following
Shading with the help of Burn Tool.
[11] Take the Brush Tool set the properties like me.
[12] Open a new layer set the foreground color is #625e5d, now create the following
shape with Ellipse Shape Tool, now right click select Stroke Path then select
Brush click ok.
[13] Your image something as shown below.
[14] Now take the Brush Tool again set the properties like me.
[15] Open a new layer set the foreground color is White. Create the following shape with
Ellipse Shape Tool, now right click select Stroke Path then select Brush click ok.
