[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 540×470 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now select ‘Ellipse Tool’ & use the following settings

[3]-Now Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Ellipse Tool’ & then rotate the following shape with the help of Ctrl+T & then press ENTER

[4]-Now right click select ‘Make Selection’

[5]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should 0 pxl,Tick on New Selection & then ok & your image should look like as shown below

[6]-Now fill the selection with ‘58585a’ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Ellipse Tool’

[7]-Now fill the selection with ‘6a422a’ color & then select ‘Dodge Tool’ & Highlight the some parts like as shown below

[8]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Ellipse Tool’

[9]-Now fill the selection with ‘e1e1e0′ color & then Highlight the some parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’

[10]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[11]-Now fill the selection with ‘0000ff’ color & then Highlight the some parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’

[12]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[13]-Now fill the selection with ‘fdb82b’ color & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[14]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’

[15]-Now fill th selection with ‘dd6228′ color & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[16]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[17]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[18]-Now fill the selection with same color & then set the 5 pxl Brush Tool,Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[19]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & your image should look like as shown below

[20]-Now select Text Tool & create the any Text & after that select Texts & click on this Button & use the following settings

[21]-Now select Move Tool & then Rotate the following Text with the help of Ctrl+T & then press ENTER
