Here I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Fancy Hanging Light Logo Icon

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 450×450 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’

[3]-Now fill the selection with ‘e2e2e2′ color & then select ‘Burn Tool’ & create the following shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’

[4]-Now select Dodge Tool & Highlight the some parts like as shown below

[5]-Now go to Blending Options,select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[6]-Now select Color Overlay & use the following settings

[7]-Now set the 2 pxl Brush Tool, Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[8]-Now use the following settings in Stroke Path

[9]-Now like this create the others & your image should look like as shown below

[10]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’

[11]-Now fill the selection with ‘e2e2e2′ color & create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’ & then press DELETE

[12]-Now create the following shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’

[13]-Now go to Blending Options,select Color Overlay & use the following settings

[14]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’

[15]-Now fill the selection with same color & create the shading with the help of ‘Burn & DodgeTool’ & then make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then press Ctrl+T,right click select ‘Flip Vertical’ & then
press ENTER

[16]-Now set the 2 pxl Brush Tool, Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Rounded Rectangle Tool’ right click select ‘Strok Path’

[17]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & your image should look like as shown below

[18]-Now go to Blending Options,select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[19]-Now like this create the others & your image should look like as shown below

[20]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Ellipse Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[21]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & like this create the others & use the Bevel & Emboss Options as used in Step-18 & after that create the following shape with the help of ‘Ellipse Tool’ right click select
‘Stroke Path’

[22]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & after that create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’

[23]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘997a12′ color & Highlight the some parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’

[24]-Now select “Erase Tool” & remove the some parts

[25]-Now select ‘Background Layer’ & then fill with ‘d6d6d6′ color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’

[26]-Now like this create the others
