Here I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Guarantee Stamp Logo Icon

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 350×500 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now select Text Tool & create the following Text

[3]-Now right click on Text Layer & select ‘Rasterize Type’

[4]-Now set the 10 pixel Brush Tool,create the following shape with the help of Rounded Rectangle Tool,right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[5]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok

[6]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[7]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[8]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise & use the following settings

[9]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[10]-Now go to Window>Channels Hold Ctrl+Click on following channels which is indicating by Hand sign

[11]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[12]-Now Hide the Layer-1 with the help of remove the Eye Sign which is indicating by Hand sign & after that select Text Layer & then press “DELETE”
