let’s see,how to create.
[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 400×400 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color.
[2]-Now create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’.
[3]-Now make a new layer, right click select ‘Make Selection’.
[4]-Fill the selection area with ‘818181′ like as shown below.
[5]-Take the ‘Dodge Tool’ 
create following highlight with the help of dodge tool.
[6]-Take the ‘Burn Tool’ 
create the following shading with the help of pen tool.
[7]-Now take new layer & make a new selection like given below & fill ‘c2c2c2′this color.
[8]-Give the following shading with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’.
[9]-Now take a new layer & create a new path with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ like given below.
[10]-Now right click & select ‘Stroke Path ‘with the brush size 1pix.
[11]-Your image will be shown as below.
[12]-Now create a new selection give the shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’.

[13]-Now take a new layer & create a new path with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ like given below.
[14]-Now right click & select ‘Stroke Path ‘with the brush size 2 pix.
[15]-Duplicate that layer & press Ctrl+T, & move the one side like me as the shown image below.
[16]-Ctrl+click the duplicate layer to get the selection open a new layer & fill the selection with this color’513930′.
[17]-Now go to the blending option & give the ‘Drop Shadow’ setting on your final image.
[18]-Your image will be shown as below.
[19]-Now go to the ‘Layer’ option > Layer Style > & Create Layer.
[20]-Your image will be shown as below.
[21]-Now create a new selection with the help of ‘Polygonal Lasso tool’ shown as below image.
[22]-Now fill this ‘9b928d’ color & create the other parts similarly.
[23]-Now your ‘Final’ image will be shown as below.
