[1]-First of all open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 400×400 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Ellipse Tool’ & press right click > make selection.

[3]-Now fill the #’04fb2e’ color in selection area.

[4]-Now go to Blending Options,& use the following settings

[5]-Now create the selection at new layer & press right click & go to the ‘Feather Option’ gives
the ‘Feather Radius’ 2 pixels.

[6]-Take the Gradient Tool Apply the following setting.

[7]-Open a new layer creates the following selection with the help of rectangular tool, apply Gradient to
selection to get the result like this.

[8]-Create a new shape with same layer style, with different color then place it like this.

[9]-Now create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & press right click > make selection & fill with
# ‘baafb3′ color.

[10]-Now copy this layer three times & place it like this.

[11]-Now select the ‘Horizontal Type Tool’ & use the following setting & write the Text.

[12]-Now your ‘Final’ image should look like as shown below.
