[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 400×500 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool & fill
the #’000427′ color in selection area.

[3]-Now create the selection at new layer & fill with #’3a5b9b’ color then
select ‘Dodge Tool’ & Highlight the some parts like as shown below.

[4]-Now create the another selection at new layer & fill with #’00002a’ color
then Highlight the some parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’ like as shown below.

[5]-Now create the selection at new layer & fill with # ‘000105′ color.

[6]-Now create the selection & create the following shading with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’.

[7]-Now similarly create the other selection & create the following shading with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’.

[8]-Now select the ‘Brush Tool’ & create the following setting.

[9]-Now your image should look like as shown below.

[10]-Now create the selection at new layer & fill with #’001035′ color.

[11]-Again create another selection at new layer Now press right click & go to the ‘Feather Option’ gives
the ‘Feather Radius’ 15 pixels.

[12]-Now fill the #’ffffff’ color in selection area.
