[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 300×500 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Rectangular Marquee Tool’& fill
the #’196c94′ color in selection area.

[3]-Now select the ‘Burn Tool’ & give the following shading.

[4]-Now create a selection at new layer & fill with #’185e7f’ color then create the following shading
with the help of ‘Burn Tool’.

[5]-Now create a selection at new layer & fill with #’1d7ea9′ color then create the following shading
with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’ .

[6]-Now select the ‘Brush Tool’ & create the following setting.

[7]-Now your image should look like as shown below.

[9]-Now create another selection at new layer & fill with #’0c4361′ color then create the following shading
with the help of ‘Burn Tool’.
