[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 350×450 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’

[3]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should 0 pixels,Tick on New Selection & then ok & your image should look like as shown below

[4]-Now fill the selection with ‘ca290b’ color & then select ‘Burn Tool’ & create the following shading

[5]-Now select Dodge Tool & Highlight the some parts & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’

[6]-Now Open New Layer [this Layer should below previous Layer] & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[7]-Now fill the selection with same color & then select ‘Burn Tool’ & create the following shading

[8]-Now make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then press Ctrl+T right click select ‘Flip Horizontal’ & then press ENTER & adjust with the help of ‘Move Tool’

[9]-Now merge the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+E & then Open New Layer & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[10]-Now fill the selection with same color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & then press Ctrl+Shift+I & create the shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’

[11]-Now Open New Layer [this Layer should below previous Layer] & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[12]-Now fill the selection with same color & create the following shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ & then press Ctrl+E & then make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then press Ctrl+T,
right click select ‘Flip Horizontal’ & then press ENTER & adjust with the help of Tool

[13]-Now Open New Layer [this Layer should below all Layers] & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[14]-Now fill the selection with same color & create the some shading with the help of “Burn Tool” & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Rectangular Marquee Tool’

[15]-Now fill the selection with ‘cac9c9′ color & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool & create the shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’

[16]-Now like this create the others & your image should look like as shown below

[17]-Now set the 2 pxl Brush Tool,Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[18]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & your image should look like as shown below

[19]-Now Open New Layer [this Layer should below all Layers] & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[20]-Now fill the selection with ‘000000′ color & then go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur & use the following settings

[21]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[22]-Now select ‘Erase Tool’ & use the following settings
