[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 400×600 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & press right click > make selection.

[3]-Now fill the #’91a5b0′ color in selection area.

[4]-Now create a selection at new layer & fill the color with #’3e4447′.

[5]-Now select the ‘Burn Tool’ & give the shading .

[6]-Now create a selection at new layer & fill the color with #’040405′ then give the shading
with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’.

[7]-Now create a selection at new layer & fill with Black color.

[8]-Again create a selection at new layer & fill with #’7d919b’color then give the shading
with the help of ‘Burn Tool’

[9]-Now go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise & use the following settings in Add Noise.

[10]-Now create a selection at new layer & go to the ‘Edit Option’ > ‘Stork’ then
give the following setting of ‘Stroke’.

[11]-Now select the ‘Horizontal Type Tool’ & type the text.

[12]-Now create a selection at new layer & fill the color with #’aab1b2′.

[13]-Now go the blending option & give the following setting of ‘Inner Shadow’.

[14]-Now create a selection at new layer & give the ‘Feather Radius 8 pixel & fill with
with this #’a8a9a9′ color.

[15]-Now create a selection at new layer & give the following setting of ‘Gradient’.

[16]-Again create a selection at new layer & fill the color with #’212b2c’ then give the shading
with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’

[17]-Again give the following shading with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’ & ‘Burn Tool’.

[18]-Your final image should look like below.
