Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop website template stock photo eyeball in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels, 600 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Open a new layer fill the color with #a5cbcc.

[3] Take the "Burn Tool"       & then create the following Shading
with the help of Burn Tool.

[4] Create a new shape with the help of "Elliptical Marquee Tool" fill that layer with #a6a6a6.

[5] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.

[6] After that open a new layer then create the following selection with the help of "Elliptical Marquee Tool"
then go to Select>Modify>Feather Selection by 10px.

[7] Now fill the selection with white color.

[8] And then create another selection with Elliptical Marquee Tool" then go to Select>Modify>Feather Selection by 3px.

[9] Open a new layer fill the selection with #201d6c.
Do not "D" select.

[10] Then go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise apply the following settings.

[11] After that go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur apply the following settings.

[11] Create a new shape with "Elliptical Marquee Tool" fill the selection with black color.

[12] Now take the "Brush Tool" select the soft brush see in the next image.

[13] Now create a new layer make sure your forground is set to white then play with your brush tool.
