Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop website template stock photo rainbow circle palm in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels, 600 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Create a new shape with the help of "Elliptical Marquee Tool" fill that layer with #fd4200.

[3] And now like this create others with different color.

[4] Now take the "Rectangular Marquee Tool" click on this icon to "Subtract from Selecion.

[5] Cntl+Click on this layer to get selection then create the following selection over the previous selection like this.

[6] And then set your Foreground & Background color.

[7] Then go to Filter>Render>Clouds.

[8] Now Repeat Step 5. Fill that layer with #37d4ff.

[9] Take the "Burn Tool"       & then create the following Shading
with the help of Burn Tool.

[10] Then go to Fitler>Distort>Glass apply the following settings.

[11] Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’
In Make Selection ‘feather radius’ should 0 pixels,Tick on New Selection & then ok & fill the selection with #987243.
With the "Burn Tool" create the following Shading as shown below.

[12] Create a new shape with the help of "Pen Tool" fill that layer with #2bb643.

[13] With the "Burn Tool" create the following Shading.

[14] Make the duplicate both layers and place it like me.

[15] Use Custom Shape Tool and Draw fill that layer with #ababab.

[16] Take the "Dodge Tool"    & then Highlight the following parts as shown below.

[17] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.

[18] Make the duplicate layer with the help of Cntl+J and place it like me.
