Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop website template stock photo under construction in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels, 600 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Use Custom Shape Tool and Draw.

[3] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.

[4] After that create the following selection with Rectangular Marquee Tool then hit the Delete key.

[5] Create a new shape with the help of Custom Shape Tool fill that layer with #f5c501.
Then go to Select>Modify>Contract Selection by 5px.

[6] Take the "Dodge Tool" website-template-stock-photo-under-construction8   & then Highlight the following parts as shown below.

[7] Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’
In Make Selection ‘feather radius’ should 0 pixels,Tick on New Selection & then ok & fill the selection with #5a0a09.

[8] Create a new shape with the help of "Elliptical Marquee Tool" fill that layer with same color.

[9] Create a new shape with the help of "Lasso Tool" open a new layer fill the selection with #4f504b.

[10] Take the "Brun Tool" now select this brush see in the next image.

[11] Create the following Patch with the help of "Brun Tool".

[12] Create a new layer [this layer should above background layer] and then create a new shape with the help
of "Rectangular Marquee Tool" fill that layer with black color.

[13] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.

[14] Take the "Elliptical Marquee Tool" now click this icon Subtract from Selection.

[15] After that Cntl+Click this layer layer to get the selection the create the following selection over the
previous selection see in the next image.

[16] Choose Gradient to and set properties like this.

[17] Open a new layer Apply gradient to selection to get the result like this.
