[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Create the following selection with the help of Rounded Rectangle Shape Tool
[3] Open a new layer fill the selection with #dad0d1. Take the “Burn Tool” 
then create following Shading with the help of Burn Tool.
[4] Create a new shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool.
Fill that layer with #4f70b5.
[5] Now select the 1st shape layer now take the “Dodge Tool” 
highlight the
following parts, with the help of Dodge Tool.
[6] Now cntl+click the shape to get the selection the
go to Select>Modify>Contract Selection by 3px.
[7] Take the “Dodge Tool” 
now press Cntl+Shift+I, highlight the following parts,
with the help of Dodge Tool do not “D” select.
[8] After that take the “Burn Tool” 
then create following Shading with
the help of Burn Tool.
[9] Create the following selection with the help of “Pen Tool”
Go to Select>Modify>Feather Selection by 2px.
[10] Take the “Dodge Tool” 
highlight the following parts,
with the help of Dodge Tool.
[11] Create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool right click select
make selection open a new layer fill the selection with #5977b5. Then
go to Select>Modify>Contract Selection by 1px.
[12] Take the “Dodge Tool” 
highlight the following parts,
with the help of Dodge Tool.
[13] Now take the Shape Tool select this one.
[14] Create a shape take the Pen Tool right click select make selection
open a new layer fill the selection with #bfc2d3.
[15] Now create a following shape with the help of Ellipse Shape Tool.
Then take the Text Tool now click the your mouse over the shape like this.
[16] After that hold shift key then press i key.
[17] Now create a value with the help of Text Tool.
