[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500×400 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’

[3]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should 0 pxl,Tick on New Selection & then ok & your image should look like as shown below

[4]-Now fill the selection with ‘b3b3b3′ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[5]-Now select ‘Burn Tool’ & press Ctrl+Shift+I & create the following shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’

[6]-Again press Ctrl+Shift+I & create the following shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’

[7]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[8]-Now fill the selection with same color & create the following shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’

[9]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & create the shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’

[10]-Now select ‘Dodge Tool’ & Highlight the some parts like as shown below

[11]-Now set the 2 pxl Brush Tool,Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[12]-Now create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ & your image should look like as shown below

[13]-Now go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[14]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[15]-Now fill the selection with same color & create the following shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’

[16]-Now select ‘Dodge Tool’ & Highlight the some parts like as shown below

[17]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & then press DELETE

[18]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[19]-Now fill the selection with same color & then create the following shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’

[20]-Now Highlight the some parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’

[21]-Now go to Blending Options,select ‘Drop Shadow’ & use the following settings

[23]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[24]-Now fill the selection with same color & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[26]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’

[27]-Now fill the selection with same color & then go to Blending Options,select Inner Shadow & use the following settings

[29]-Now set the 3 pxl Brush Tool,Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[30]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok
