Let’s see, how to create.

[1]-First of all open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 150×500 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & press right click > make selection.

[3]-Now fill the #’557d18′ color in selection area.

[4]-Now select the ‘Burn Tool’ & create the following shading.

[5]-Now select the ‘Dodge Tool’ & highlight the some parts.

[6]-Now create the selection at new layer & press right click & go to the ‘Feather Option’ gives
the ‘Feather Radius’ 1 pixels.

[7]-Now select the ‘Gradient Tool’ & use the following setting.

[8]-Now create the selection at new layer fill with Black color.

[9]-Again create the selection at new layer fill with #’2e250a’ color.

[10]-Now create the another selection at new layer & press right click & go to the ‘Feather Option’ gives
the ‘Feather Radius’ 5 pixels then fill the Black color

[11]-Now select the ‘Horizontal Type Tool’ & use the following setting & write the Text.

[12]-Now your ‘Final’ image should look like as shown below.
