[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 400×500 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Rectangle Tool’ & press right click > make selection.

[3]-Now fill with Black color in selection area.

[4]-Now go to Blending Options,& use the following settings

[7]-Now create the selection at new layer fill with # ‘11265c’ color then select the ‘Burn Tool’ & create the following shading.

[8]-Now create the selection at new layer & press right click & go to the ‘Feather Option’ gives
the ‘Feather Radius’ 8 pixels.

[9]-Now create the selection at new layer fill with Black color.

[10]-Now go to Blending Options,& use the following settings

[12]-Now create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select “Stroke Path” &
use the following settings of stroke path.

[13]-Now select the ‘Dodge Tool’ & Highlight the some parts.

[14]-Now create the selection at new layer fill with Black color.

[15]-Create another selection at new layer fill with # ‘435e8f’ color.

[16]-Now go to Blending Options,& use the following settings

[17]-Now create the selection at new layer & fill with # ‘213966′ color then create the shading with the help of Burn Tool.

[18]-Now create the selection at new layer & press right click & go to the ‘Feather Option’ gives
the ‘Feather Radius’ 2 pixels & fill with # ‘Wight’ color.

[19]-Now create the selection at new layer & fill with # ‘0e2a6a’ color then create the shading with the help of Burn Tool.

[20]-Now create the selection at new layer & press right click & go to the ‘Feather Option’ gives
the ‘Feather Radius’ 2 pixels & fill with # ‘649bd0′ color.

[21]-Now create the selection at new layer & fill with # ‘b5d7f2′ color.

[22]-Now go to Blending Options,& use the following settings

[23]-Take the Brush Tool apply the following settings.

[24]-Repeat the above step [19].

[25]-Now select the ‘Horizontal Type Tool’ & use the following setting & write the Text.

[26]-Now your ‘Final’ image should look like as shown below.
