Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop design wheel logo icon in photoshop.
[1] Take a new file of 550 pixels, 550 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Using the “Pen Tool” draw a shape as shown below right click
select the make selection and fill that layer with #737373.
Do not “D” select.
[3] Then go to Select>Modify>Contract Selection by 1px.
[4] Take the “Dodge Tool” 
& then Highlight the following parts
as shown below.
[5] Create a new shape with the help of “Pen Tool” right click select make selection
open a new layer fill the selection with #4f5150.
[6] Take the “Dodge Tool” set the properties like this.
[7] Then Highlight the following parts with the help of “Dodge Tool”.
[8] Now select “Burn Tool” & then create the following Shading
as shown below.
[9] Create a new shape with the help of “Pen Tool” right click select make selection
open a new layer above the background layer, then fill the selection with #6b6d6c.
[10] Take the “Dodge Tool” set the properties like this.
[7] Then Highlight the following parts with the help of “Dodge Tool”.
[8] Now select “Burn Tool” apply the following settings.
[9] Create the following Patch with the help of “Burn Tool”.
[10] Create a new shape with the help of “Pen Tool” right click select make selection
open a new layer, fill the selection with #6b6d6c.
[11] Now select “Burn Tool” 
& then create the following Shading
as shown below.
[12] Take the “Dodge Tool” 
& then Highlight the following parts
as shown below.
[13] Using the “Pen Tool” draw a shape as shown below right click
select the make selection and fill that layer with #353535.
[14] Create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool,
now hit the Delete key.
[15] Create the following selection with Elliptical Marquee Tool, then go to
Select>Modify>Feather Selection by 1px.
[16] Take the “Dodge Tool” 
& then Highlight the following parts.
[17] Create the following selection with “Pen Tool” then go to
Select>Modify>Feather Selection by 2px.
[18] With the “Dodge Tool” & then Highlight the following parts. Do not “D” select.
[19] Press Cntl+Shift+I, then Highlight the following parts as shown below.
[20] Take the “Burn Tool” use these settings.
[21] And now create the following Shading as shown below.
[22] Create a small circle with Elliptical Marquee Tool, fill that layer with Black.
[23] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[24] Take the Brush Tool press F5 apply the following settings.
[25] Now create a new layer make sure your forground is set to white, create a Stroke with “Pen Tool”,
right click select Stroke Path now select Brush click ok.
