[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels, 600 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Open a new layer fill that layer with #10cefe.
[3] Create a new shape with the help of "Lasso Tool" open a new layer fill the selection with #d1b641.
Do not "D" select.
[4] Then go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise apply the following settings.
[5] After that go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur use these settings.
[6] Take the "Burn Tool"
& then create the following Shading
with the help of Burn Tool.
[7] Create a new layer [this layer should below previous layer] then set the foreground & Background color.
[8] Now go to Filter>Render>Clouds.
[9] After that take the Eraser Tool with soft brush and now erase some parts.
[10] After that create a new shape with the hlp of "Pen Tool" fill the selection with #133040,
then go to Filter>Render>Clouds.
[11] After that Download the photoshop plugin & use these settings.
[12] Take the "Dodge Tool"
& then Highlight the following parts as shown below.
[13] Take the "Brush Tool" now download these brush a Google for some of your favorite brushes.

[14] Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’
In Make Selection ‘feather radius’ should 0 pixels,Tick on New Selection & then ok & fill the selection with #603600.
[15] Take the "Burn Tool" create the following Shading as shown below.
[16] With the "Dodge Tool" Highlight the following parts as shown below.
[17] Now select all these layers and duplicate and place it like me.
[18] Create a new shape with the help of "Elliptical Marquee Tool" fill that layer with #fee800.
[19] Take the "Dodge Tool" Highlight the following parts.
[20] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.
