[1] Take a new file of 500 pixels,300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Take the Text tool and create some text.

[3] After that Go to the Filter>Texture>Craquelure and use the following settings.

[5] Then go to the Blinding option and use the following settings.
