Design a web2.0 red stop button with Steel border

Some cool looking website round button idea with chrome border. this button may be used in website design of some media website to display red button.

[1] Open a new file.
Choose the proper resolution and mode.

[2] Take the Ellipse Tool.

[3] Make the new layer.

[4] Create a new shape fill the new shape with white color.

[5] Now go to Blending Option apply the following settings.

[6] Your image should be look like this.

[7] Now create another shape with the help of Ellipse Tool.

[8] And then hit the Delete button on your keyboard do not Deselect.

[9] Make the new layer.

[10] Now fill the selection with Red color then Deselect.

[11] Now go to Blending Option apply the following settings.

[12] Your image should be look like this.

[13] Make the new layer.

[14] Then take the Gradient Tool use the following settings.

[15] Take the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a circle then drag the gradient see in the next image.

[16] Then change the Blending Mode to Screen.

[17] Your image should be look like this.

[18] Now select the Layer-1 as shown image below.

[19] Then go to Blending Option and select the Satin Structure apply the following settings.

[20] Your final image should be look like this.
