How to make a Question-Mark-Icon-Logo in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Fill the background with black color, then take the Ellipse Tool.

[3] Create a new shape and fill with grey color.

[4] Now go to Blending Option apply the following settings.

[5] Your image should be look like this.

[6] Now take the Shape Tool and selection this one.

[7] Now create a new shape and fill with any color.

[8] Now go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[9] Your image should be look like this.

[10] And now take the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a new shape fill the new shape with white color.

[11] Press Cntl+T, to Transform Selection to rotate your image see in the next image.

[12] Then change the Blending Mode Soft Light and set Opacity 20%.

[13] Your image should be look like this.

[14] Now make the copy of previous layer.

[15] Your final image should be look like this.
