[1] Take a new file of 700 pixels,300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now take the Gradient Tool use the following settings.

[3] Fill the background layer with the help of Gradient Tool.

[4] Then take the Rounded Rectangle Tool use the following settings.

[5] Create a new shape as shown image below.

[6] Go to Blending Option and use the following settings.

[7] Your image should be look like this.

[8] Then take the Rounded Rectangle Tool create a new shape as shown image below.

[9] Go to Blending Option and use the following settings.

[10] And now set the Opacity of new shape layer see in the image.

[11] Your image should be look like this.

[12] Then take the Pen Tool create a new shape.

[13] Now fill the new shape with black color.

[14] Go to Blending Option and use the following settings.

[15] Your image should be look like this.

[16] Now make the copy of new shape layer.

[17] Then take the Rounded Rectangle Tool create a new shape as shown image below.

[18] Go to Blending Option and use the following settings.

[19] Your image should be look like this.

[20] Now open your any image would you like I have select this one.

[21] And now take the Text Tool create a text.

[22] Your final image is ready.
