Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop website template stock photo CD in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels, 600 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Create a new shape with the help of "Elliptical Marquee Tool" fill that layer with Black color.

[3] Create the following selection with "Elliptical Marquee Tool" then hit the DELETE key on your keyboard.

[4] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.
