[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels, 600 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[7] Now create ‘Stroke’ with the help of ‘Ellipse Shape Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’ now select ‘Dodge’ click ok.

[8] Take the "Burn Tool" & then create the following Shading
with the help of Burn Tool.

[9] Now like this create the other with above techniques.

[10] Make the duplicate both layers and place it like me.

[11] Create a new layer [this layer should below 1st layer] and then create a new shape
with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’, fill that layer with #f361714.

[12] With the "Dodge Tool" Highlight the following parts as shown below.

[13] Now select all chain layers and previous circle layer then press Cntl+G to group
Make the duplicate then press Cntl+T, right click select Flip Horizontal and
then place it like me.
