Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop website template stock photo notepad in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels, 600 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now create a new shape with the help of "Rounded Rectangle Shape Tool".

[3] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.

[4] Create a new shape with the help of "Rectangular Marquee Tool" fill that layer with Whtie color.

[5] After that create the following selection with "Elliptical Marquee Tool" then hit the delete key on your keyboard.

[6] Now like this create the others with above techniques.

[7] Make the duplicate layer with the help of Cntl+J and place it like me.

[8] Adjust Blending Options for both layers.

[9] Now select the brush tool, using the color #a6c2d8 and a 1pixel brush draw these lines.

[10] Now like this create the other with above techniques.

[11] Now select the brush tool, using the color black and a 17pixel soft brush.

[12] Open a new layer then play with your brush tool.

[13] Make the duplicate layer with the help of Cntl+J and place it like me.
After that create a new shape with the help of "Rectangular Marquee Tool"
fill that layer with any color.

[14] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.

[15] Select the pen tool on a new layer above your black circle layer but UNDERNEATH your
previous layer make a selection like this and fill with the color black color.Set opacity to 25%.
You should have something like this.

[16] Make the duplicate layers and place it like me.
