In this tutorial I will explain few photoshop techniques in step by step manner so that even beginners can understand what’s going on.

[1]-First of all open New Document of Custom size, Height & width 580×300, Resolution 72 and Mode RGB Color as shown below

[2]-Now select Custom shape Tool and use the following shape & settings

[3]-Now create the following shape with the help of Custom Shape TOol & then select Pen Tool and Click and after that select Make Selection
