Hi Guys! Today I am telling you about How to Create Website Template Stock Photo Exercise Weighting Plate

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500×500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now select Gradient Tool & use the following Gradient & settings

[3]-Now fill the background layer with the help of Gradient Tool like as shown below

[4]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’

[5]-In Make Selection ‘feather radius’ should 0 pxl,tick on New Selection & then ok & your image should look like as shown below

[6]-Now fill the selection with ‘0072bc’ color & then select ‘Burn Tool’ & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ with feather radius 3 pxl &
then inverse selection Ctrl+Shift+I & create the following shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’

[7]-Now select ‘Dodge Tool’ inverse selection Ctrl+Shift+I & Highlight the following parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’ & after that create the following selection
with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool

[8]-Like this create the following shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’

[9]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[10]-Now fill the selection with same color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’

[11]-Like this create the others & your image should look like as shown below

[12]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[13]-Now fill the selection with ‘999898′ color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’ & after that Open New Layer & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[14]-Now fill the selection with ‘0072bc’ color & create the following shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’ & like this create the others

[15]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[16]-Now fill the selection with ‘5c5b5b’ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[17]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘8e8e8e’ color & create the some shading with the help of Burn Tool & after that create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[18]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘7c7b7b’ color & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & create the following shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’

[19]-Now go to Blending Options select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[20]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[21]-Now press Ctrl+Alt+A & then merge Ctrl+E & after that make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then press Ctrl+T right click select ‘Flip Vertical’ & then press ENTER

[22]-Now erase the some parts with the help of ‘Erase Tool’ with 30% Opacity
